The fine print, in plain words
Guest rooms that are enabled in your property. A suite counts once — its child rooms are free. On PMS, lock management is included, so locks add nothing. On Device without the PMS, locks are whatever is registered in your device list: room and public-door locks at $3, cabinet and other locks at $1. Gateways and encoders are never charged. Counts are read automatically at each monthly invoice.
